Information about Closed School Academic Transcripts

How do you get a copy of your grade transcript from an Oregon school if it has closed?

Look for the school you attended on this table. If it's listed, contact the holder of the school’s records to request a copy of your grade transcript. If the school doesn't appear on this list, then it's likely the records are held by the Oregon Department of Education (ODE). To contact ODE click on www.ode.state.or.us, from the left-hand navigation bar, select "Teaching and Learning”, then "Diverse Learning", then "Private Career Schools". On this page, select "Attending a Private Career School". On the following page, select "Student Transcripts from a Closed Private Career School", or click here to go directly to the page.
